The Deluxe Junior Suite was spacious, allowing our family of four to relax comfortably. The breakfast offerings were excellent, especially the hot dishes and delightful cappuccinos. Christmas dinner proved disappointing, being overpriced and lacking flavor, which was a letdown considering the hotel's otherwise high standards. The location was convenient for exploring, yet the noise from the bustling streets was occasionally noticeable at night.

the room service food could be better, my husband was kinda disappointed. also, we only got one key fob, which was a bit annoying when we went out separately.

everything was just great. the decor is like being in an art gallery, so creative and interesting. loved the superb service and sweet staff. The breakfast options were delish. even tho it's in soho, we slept really well with no noise. the location is spot on for everything!

the only complaint is that there was no tea or coffee in the room, which was surprising. also, the prices are a bit high, like everything in london.

We had an amazing group trip! The hotel was a perfect retreat, just a short stroll from the lively streets of Soho. We loved catching a show at the Harold Pinter Theatre and visiting the Natural History Museum. Super clean rooms and exceptional service added to the experience.

My only issue was that I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room, which were missing. This would have made our mornings a bit nicer.
