The Deluxe Junior Suite was spacious, allowing our family of four to relax comfortably. The breakfast offerings were excellent, especially the hot dishes and delightful cappuccinos. Christmas dinner proved disappointing, being overpriced and lacking flavor, which was a letdown considering the hotel's otherwise high standards. The location was convenient for exploring, yet the noise from the bustling streets was occasionally noticeable at night.

our stay at the soho hotel was just awesom. the luxury junior suite was super spacious n beautifully decorated. the staff was friendly n attentive, like they really cared about us. we loved how quiet it was at night, perfect for a good night's sleep. the breakfast was delish n set us up for the day!
the room service food could be better, my husband was kinda disappointed. also, we only got one key fob, which was a bit annoying when we went out separately.

Super comfy and stylish!
The beds were super comfy, and the staff was really friendly. I loved the toiletries—they felt so fancy compared to the usual chain stuff. Plus, the in-room breakfast was a great touch. Only wish the seating in the common areas was a bit more plentiful.

The delicious breakfast had me buzzing each morning, with a stellar menu to dive into—a true taste of London! The bottle service at the bar was cheeky fun, adding to the lively vibe and making every evening a treat! And let's not forget the welcoming staff who really made us feel at home.
While my room didn’t have a view, honestly, it didn't detract from the fab location! Plus, just a touch more seating in the common areas would’ve been ideal.

everything was just great. the decor is like being in an art gallery, so creative and interesting. loved the superb service and sweet staff. The breakfast options were delish. even tho it's in soho, we slept really well with no noise. the location is spot on for everything!
the only complaint is that there was no tea or coffee in the room, which was surprising. also, the prices are a bit high, like everything in london.

We had an amazing group trip! The hotel was a perfect retreat, just a short stroll from the lively streets of Soho. We loved catching a show at the Harold Pinter Theatre and visiting the Natural History Museum. Super clean rooms and exceptional service added to the experience.
My only issue was that I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room, which were missing. This would have made our mornings a bit nicer.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's design was beautiful, with our room feeling spacious and filled with natural light. The location was a dream, just a short walk to all the sites. Cocktails at the bar were divine, and the staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home.
In my wife’s opinion, the gym left a lot to be desired. a larger area would be great for families who want to stay active during their visit.
